I would keep an eye on them to make sure that they are not showing aggression to each other. Tegus who share enclosures sometimes need to be separated if they start to get aggressive.  From what I can see it does not look deep. She may have just snagged it on something.  Who knows. Keep up with the nepsporin and keep As clean as possible.
