How's the diet overall? How much calcium/multivitamin is he getting? Basking spot should be around 120-125 for that age
There are a lot of "recommended temps" found on the internet in care sheets or given out by pet stores and some of them are incorrect or can be off for certain ages as they'll change as a tegu grows in size. People on here have posted in the past that they have "the correct temps" and then later post what they are and they're off, so its never a bad idea to post as much information as possible about care and setups when trying to diagnose an issue
