*Also, I forgot to add. It usually emerges from burrowing around 12:15 in the afternoon, and usually burrows again around 5:30-6 at night. Is this pretty typical of young tegus?

*I try to handle Cyan for at least 10-15 mins a day. He is not hostile when being handled (won't try to bit me) but does not like a tight grip and does not like to stay on my hand or close to me. Does anyone have some tips on handling them, or am I doing fine and it will come with time and experience?
