Oil

I would like to find some oil to put in my tegus food to help him shed better I saw many say liver oil but I cant seem to find it :/ I live in Belgium, where do I find liver oil in a food store or more in a medicin store with fish oil pills and such?. If any1 got some other oil there is good aswell then you are welcome to give a tip
