possible resp infection?

i noticed today that when Gator is breathing hard that there is sometimes a bit of a squeak, almost unable to hear it but its there, it took me awhile to atually confirm it. anyhow im not sure if its because he is breathing hard or if it is a resp infection, and by breathing hard i mean the kind of breathing you get when they are huffing and puffing, which for him seems to be * dont touch me there, dont touch my tail, dont try to pet me , oh wait that actually feels good, and then hey dont touch me there again* and so on you get the idea.
he seems very healthy otherwise it certanly doesnt affect his eating or his activity when hes out. so i guess i should take him to the vet if i can find one that deals with reptiles around here. but i figured i would toss this out to you all first.
and to clear up any confusion Gator is not a Gator, he is a columbian B&W tegu. just figured i would clear that confusion cuz last time i posted about him someone thought i was talking about a gator

It can sometimes happen during a shed until it's removed from their nostrils. I would say keep and eye on him for now and if it continues or gets worse take him to a Vet.

Mine was doing the same thing all the time since I got him, and I had the same worries.
pretty sure it's just because they're pissed off and hissing / puffing... he doesn't do it often anymore now that he's aging
