Sheding

Hi mour 8 month old Red Tegu is sheding for the first time that we have had him. What should i do? Keep it humid. what else?

Keep an eye on toes and tail tip to make sure they don't retain any shed. If the humidity has been low, you may want to do some daily warm water soaks.

Peel of the shed if needed.

Bathing may help. Zilla's Shed-Ease works great. Otherwise just follow what James said and Owen will be looking all shiny and new in no time.
