You do the same,.. and that's part of what the internet and most of us are here for.
On another note,.. depending on how bad you want a larger tegu right now. It can be more rewarding to help out and nurture something that really needs it. More so than the average pet that's easy to adopt or sell. Maybe he'll go down on the price since she's been there for quite some time and her condition.
