Slow tail wag

I let my guy roam on my coach after having him on my shoulder where he kept touching my neck w his tongue. He turned away from me then came to me and put his head out like he wanted to be touched. I did so and he did this slow tail shake sort of sensual like. It was definitely non-threatening bc he came closer and ended up in my lap. It's cold in my apartment so I put him back soon after. Is this a good sign? It was seriously a super cool experience.
