I've had my male Argentine B&W tegu for 5 months. He is 1.5 years old, 3 ft long, and 1.3k grams. He had hookworms when I first got him, and it took a month to get rid of them. Then, for 3 months he still would not eat. We ran another fecal test and it turned up the hookworms had came back. This time we got rid of this with the first dose of antibiotics. My question is, what should I do to get him to start eating again? Ive tried just about every food I could think of, and nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do? Or is it just a matter of time? He has been force fed since I've had him, he wouold have starved to death if I hadn't.
