Swordfish

The only issue I could see would be the mercury; since swordfish are at the top of the food chain, they tend to concentrate the mercury levels in their flesh. As long as you don't give your tegu too much, I don't imagine it will be an issue. I personally LOVE swordfish.

I dont think it would hurt at all.

Don't feed organs, trim fat, and make sure you have a nice garlic and wine sauce.
