Tegu ate a piece of Bark substrate

I been wanting to feed my baby Tegu outside of her habitat but she still wont let me take her out. So I feed her in a food dish but of course she takes the food out and drags it all over the substrate. Today I noticed that the piece of meat she ate had substrate on it and she still ate it. Will she have problems since she ate some substrate?

Hopefully not. Impaction would be the concern. It's not huge so it should pass through but do monitor her stool (or lack of).
