Tegu cage

Hello everyone im new to here. I have a ? And i need help. I had a tegu for 11 years he was just shy of 5ft long. I lost him 2 years ago. Im actually serous about getting another tegu asap. Im building a cage 7 ft long by 2 ft wide by 2 ft high. I was wondering if that cage is actually good enough for him or her. Please let me know. Bc thats what i can fit in my room. Any bigger or wider it wont fit.

So i did some more measuring and I can fit 7 feet long by 3 feet wide 3 feet high that's as best as I can get it will that work

Height not a problem, depth a little too tight.

Thats all i can get for room any bigger no room to walk or kids to walk too.

I would not get a tegu then, that space is too small. 8' x 4' is often listed on this forum as standard floor space but I think that is even too small. 7' x 3' is a definite no go.
