What to use to stop wood from molding in cage?

I'm wondering the best thing to paint the inside of the cage with so that the humidity doesn't wreck the wood. any ideas? I'm need something for the walls, I have the bottom taken care off, using special plastic as cover on top of the wood.

Drylok - it is a masonry sealant and can be found at Lowes or Home Depot.
