What type of tegu

Hi I don't have a allot of room but really love tegus! I keep getting different answers from different people and sites on size. I have a bearded dragon and a crested gecko I would like to possibly get the tegu house trained but just don't know which tegu to look into definitely argentine though i have heard that columbians are a bit less tolerant of things. So red or black and white I want a smaller one and a nice one

Blue tegus tend to stay smaller than other argentines, but are also more exspensive. Colombians are also able to become just as tame as argentines, are cheaper and stay a little smaller. Also they don't hibernate like argentines..
