I cant find Scott's premium topsoil ANYWHERE for less than 15 bucks per bag, and my grow tent is 4x4x10, that's not financially feasible.

All I can find are topsoil with manure or fertilizer in them, and my HOA won't be happy if I order just a dump truck of soil dumped on my driveway, plus the enclosure is on the second floor.

Where the hell do I get good topsoil?? All my searches just advise "get 60% organic topsoil", but no brand or help for what I need.

Someone please help, he needs to be in the new enclosure by this weekend.
