where to get a tegu

hello everyone my name is Gregory and i am new to the forum and was wondering where i should get a tegu.i tryed varnyard herps already about a black and white and he said that there is no more room for a deposit then i asked about a red and am still waiting for a reply.i also sent tegu terra a email about a black and white and am still waiting for a email from them.i was just wondering what you guys think

It depends how soon you want one. I preordered one from Varnyard for the babies being born next spring 2013. I'm just going to have to be patient. Bobby has a great reputation and I feel worth waiting for.

If you want one soon, check your area for reptile shows. If you're in the Chicagoland area, the Scott Smith All Animal expo held twice a month usually has them.

If you check the classifieds in this forum you will see that Laura is selling some beautiful bw/ red hybrids for $200. And they are ready now.

The guy I bought mine from here in Madison I believe still has one baby bnw left. Very healthy. He will ship, but all together this would cost you around 250. I would go through Laura if I were you. She seems very knowledgeable and is very helpful.
