My tegu did it once and only once. He was free roaming with me in the hall and for some reason he kept standing up at the wall. I thought he had finished standing because he walked away from it, but out of nowhere he ran like the wind back towards it on two legs. He never did get up that wall...
Oh dont get me wrong the humididty is fine, i am currently using a glass tank with a screened lid but that is only because my tegu is still small. i Gotta say the sphagnum does look awesome though, thanks for the replies ill post pics soon.
Hey everyone, i was wondering if there is any downside to the use of sphagnum moss with tegu's or any moss at all for that matter. The only reason i ask is because I'm looking for a better war to raise up the humidity in my little guys tank. Thanks,

Hey shiftylarry, if i were to feed night crawlers to my tegu, should i be weary of pesticides, fungicides, etc. if i were to buy them from somewhere like a bait shop. If so how could i ensure that they are pesticide free. Thanks!
