    He is two years old about 3 feet head to tail he is in a 40 gal wide not sure of the dimension two 100watt uvb and a 60watt basking bulb. Im using repti carpet the humidity is only 50 percent humidity.

    They can jump very high. I took the top off my enclosure so he could get better uvb get it all set up go and sit in the other room for a minute and then I heard a plop on the floor. He have me the sideways stare when I walk into the room he knew he did something wrong.

    I have had this gloden tegu for two weeks I have noticed every time he is sun bathing his right front foot keeps twitching. He walks on it just fine.

    Well thats why I joined this site never know too much about tegus but always wanted one. They way differnt than any reptile I have ever had.
