I had a similar discussion about Animal Planet on another fourm I use, but about "Uprising". Which is pretty much a program about animals being out to kill us ex. geese "purposely" flying into plane turbines to make them crash.

My local reptile store owner said to make sure to use a towel or a shirt to screw in the mvb bulbs because the oil on your skin can limit their life span. I've only had the bulb for a month, which is a solar glo 160w, so I can't say to see if it makes any difference.
As soon as she is in the bin, she has her heart set on getting out. Not even interested in the food. She eats just fine from her bowl on the couch though. I have to keep an eye on her, but I don't mind since I have the intention of letting her free roam in the future.
My hatchling was twitching too the first day I got her, you just have to not handle them and try not to stress her out. She'll settle down and stop on her own.
