Mine has had a very similar looking nose scar that has taken 3 years to even start to go away. Multiple sheds per year and vet says that Leah the first time to heal completely depends how deep the damage runs.
I love this stuff yes, however I found spot cleaning to be difficult when using 100% coconut husk. Mixing in smaller/finer granulates (sand and peat moss) probably makes a world of difference! Holds water well also for humidity!
