Can I put 2 tegus together of the smae size or basically the same size, male and female? I am getting another one and he looks like a blue mixed with a giant.

You can put two tegus togeather, but its not garenteed to work. Some tegus get along with others and some do not. So if you are going to get another tegu make sure to have another enclosure avalible incase they do not get along. Oh and makeing sure they are the same size is a good idea.
If they are adults you can depending on what their attitudes are, but once they breed you will have to seperate them again anyway. You will end up needing 2 enclosures anyways, but yes you could temporarily if they get along with each other. All of mine get along, but some tegus don't want anything to do with another tegu. If they are young then you shouldnt have any problems unless they don't get along. My giant shares an enclosure with my all american and my blues share an enclosure.
