^that is absolutely horrifying. I love snakes I can't believe people would kill them in mass like that. I saw on tv that they find the snakes by listening to the rattles and that some snakes have learned to NOT rattle so as not to be found. So basically we could possibly introduce snakes that don't rattle which could increase the number of rattle snake bites. sad...
