Anyone know what kind of Lizard this is?

Sorry for the crap pictures, its the best i could get.

For those of you who want to know the story-

I was at my friend house today and noticed this little guy and his set up was horrible, poop everywhere, dried out water dish,no uvb just a heat lamp etc. So i started to preach to him and he told me to just take the lizard and tank for free he does not want it. So being me i decided to take it and hopefully give it a proper home and get it nice and healthy, only problem is i don't know what kind of lizard it is. I asked my friend and he said it's a Chinese water Dragon :)huh: ) i told him no its not and just took the lizard home with me. Right now i have him on paper towel and a few branches to climb on, it is in my little brothers room for quarantine purposes.

If it makes it through the week, then Monday off to the vet. I am just keeping the basking spot at 90f and humidity at 45%. I would like to know what lizard so i can look up some care info and give it the right set up.

Btw- This lizard,is really skinny as you can see and is missing a arm. He hides and bask normal though, tomorrow i will try to feed some crickets and see what happens.

looks like an iguana from the second picture but its a bit blurry so not to sure, just goin off the look of the head. The look of the legs is similar to a water dragon. Think if you can get some clearer pictures.

I am pretty sure its not a water dragon or Iggy(Seen both in person both adults and hatchlings),thanks though. I wish i could get a more clear picture but i got no camera anymore, just web cam pics and i want to leave the little guy be for about 3days before i go handling any more.

Could be a Water Dragon but with those pics it's hard to tell. Just like tegus there are different types of Dragons in the pet trade. That one looks like it could be an Eastern, Australian or something else.

Better pics would really help or just google water dragon images.

Thanks, but at last after hours of browsing i think i may know what it is.

Its a "The Oriental Garden Lizard, Eastern Garden Lizard or Changeable Lizard (Calotes versicolor)", and judging from the pictures and videos of the other lizards like him,he is not really too under weigh. After some quick research, seems the care is rather easy and they are actually some pretty cool lizards.

I was thinking Aussie Water Dragon, but he just does not really resemble one too much,to me. If you ever need help identifying species don't hesitate to type in worlds lizards on google lol. Thanks for the responds and in put. Hope this little guy makes it.

100% sure its a Calote lizard now,i went to the pet store my friend brought him from and they had them for like $30(Did not pay the price to much attention).

My friend had the lizard for around 7 or 8months (he actually use to care for it) ,and he said that it really did not grow much bigger, its like 10" and prob a little over or under a year, and i know by now an WD would be a good amount longer, besides i really don't even see eastern water dragons for sale in pet shops just your ordinary CWD.
