bathing temps and tips ?

I have a 3 year old female rescues black and white argentine tegu . Going to start giving her baths every second day and was curious if it would be the same as a bearded dragon as there basking temps are the same ? And any tips for getting in the grooves ? Im using a nice micro fiber cloth that works well for whipping down before free roaming .
