Best Night Heat source for Argentine Black and white Tegu

Hey Guys I have been using a ceramic emitter for my bw tegu and it has not seemed to be causing her any discomfort or making her act weird. But she has been sleeping a lot and I do not know if this may be because the heat is not where it should be. I wanted to know what is the best heat source for her to reach the recommended heat for her at night. Currently I am just putting the heat emitter over her hide like I have been doing so she stays a little warmer at night. But if any better tips, they would be well appreciated.

P.S. I also have a western hognose and a rainbow boa wanted to know if anyone had any heat tips for them as well. Because right now I am using a heat mat and infrared light for the boa and just a heat emitter and heat mat for the hognose.

heat is heat no matter in what form.... Its winter, I only see Alpha of his own accord to eat about once every 3 days bask for an hour or two before he craps and goes back to sleep. I poke him daily to say hi though....:D:cool:
