when I found Bobbys site I knew I would be getting high quality reptiles, does anyone know of any breeder/distributer of Water monitors that I can trust I will be getting a quality lizard from?
I saw N.E.R.D. (http://www.newenglandreptile.com/) selling some on Kingsnake. I don't know if they are still listed or not. You could try them.
I had a customer of mine say he had called Robyn at Pro Exotics and told him exactly what he was looking for and got just that...but it's pricey. If you're looking for a quality, good looking healthy animal that's not shy or scared. Pro Exotics is a good place to look. It may be pricey but that's nothing compared to the expense of the furnishings and feed bill to come. Get what you pay for.
Pro Exotics waters, black throats are all WC or CH but every once and a while they have CBB white throats that are bred by Robert (frost?). The best places to buy Waters would be at (there CBB and thats better then any WC or CH animal)
NERD as said above

Remember they will need a huge cages, they average 6ft (world record for a water monitor is around 11 feet)
Take a trip to NERD (make an appointment first) and see everything in person!!!! We did last year!!! It was amazing!!!! Leave your money at home!!!!!!!
