Thanks I had him out for about 20 minutes. He didn't even freak when a helicopter flew over. he did try to eat a dead bee while he was roaming. I am kinda wuss. I put him in his large enclosure this weekend and the next day brought him back in. Only tegu that will be 4 ft long iin a 3 foot tank lol, missed him being in the house.

Despite how tame my girl has become I'm still hesitant to simply put her in the yard...

I've had a few pets that were 100% hand tame in the house but had a whole different attitude when natural freedom was at set in front of them...

And Blender is far to spoiled to be living in a 3 cage much l;onger. It's more like Blender will be the proud new owner of the living room

Funny I never thought he would run. He was real mello....then he pooped and got a little more active. you can see that he is having a movement in the vid on my blog.. I did cut that short and recorded the rest of it but did not post. He did seem to hang with me while we were out there.

Thats awesome, kool it was outside, Im too nervous to try something like that, and mine is mello, but IDk sometimes he gets these speed bursts and i would hate for that to happen outside. Maybe when hes older..lol

Thanks!! Blender is just over 15 inches. Maybe 16 but he wont sit still long enough for me to get an accurate measure. He is awesome though. No more running away. He really likes the lobster roaches I got him.
