Bowel movement question

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is gonna have great holiday. So im still new at this. My black and white argentine is getting a white snotty discharge with his bowel movement and his hemipenis comes out every time he has 1. Is this normal or is he having problems? Thanks for your advice. Kelly

note its not from his urine. its a clear white discharge when he poops
