BW Tegu Juvie Not Eating?

Hey guys, I have a question about my Black and White Argentine Tegu. I purchased him from LLL Reptiles last August, and he was about a month old. The first few weeks I had him, he would eat a lot. The second I put crickets inside his cage, he'd race after them! But now he doesn't seem to eat as much. I've been giving him pinkies and have tried other foods but he only seems like eat the pinkies. He only eats about 1 pinkie a week though which is starting to worry me. He is bigger than when I got him in August but he isn't as active and doesn't eat as much.

I currently have him in an all wooden custom enclosure with ventilation holes on the side. It's about 4 feet by 3.5 feet. He has a Powersun light-bulb, which everyone here recommended. He's on Cypress Mulch substrate. He has a large water bowl which he can soak in. And I try to keep his humidity at about 60%+-. He stays burrowed underground throughout the day usually, but in the morning he is usually out sunbathing. The temperature of his heated side is about 110%+-. I've also been giving him calcium with D3 occassionally, and calcium without D3 when I'm not using the D3 one.

I'm not sure why he hasn't been eating. I've read that they hibernate around this time, but I'm still not sure.. If he is infact hibernating, do they come up at all? Or do they sleep for 7 months straight and not come out? What do you guys think is going on?? Please help!! :(

Some come out for a little each day but won't eat much. You could get a fecal sample checked for parasites just in case, but he's probably just hibernating.
