Based on what I commonly read (here and elsewhere) from experienced keepers of adult Tegus... 6' x 3' is considered 'minimum'... and 8' x 4' is considered 'comfortable'...
As these are terrestrial animals height is less of a critical measurement, just make sure it's tall enough to provide proper substrate depths to allow proper borrowing...
