Canadian tegus

i live in canada and i will be buying a tegu in the next month or so and i am having a hard time getting a baby the only breeder i have found is bobby and i cant get a tegu from him because it would cost 1400 dollars to ship up here and i can drive to the united states because my dad doesnt think it is necessary. what im asking is if anyone know a way i can get a b&w argentinean in canada because i just can seem to find babies.

If you want to fly here to NC, I'll sell you mine. If you are that anxious just get a savannah monitor. I hear they can be tamed as well, just not as tame as out argentines

thanks but thats the problem my dad doesnt want to go to the u.s. because it is to much of a hassle for him

uhm, Camaro3800series2,
you cant just fly into the U.S. and fly back to Canada with a Lizard. You must get approval from Canadian Customs first. haha

you can drive across the border to the US and buy one then drive back..... No permits or anything needed..... call the Canadian Customs if you dont belive me

I also live in Canada and am going to get an Argentine Black and White Tegu and I have gone to a couple Mississauga reptile expos and they have them there so depending on where you live just go to and expo and they will most likely have every thing you need.
