What is a good price for a frozen chick, my local reptile store is selling them for a dollar a peice. Is this good, what should I expect to pay?

Purchased frozen in bulk from rodentpro.com they're like 25 cents! ;)
So, considering the convenience factor of the local store a buck isn't bad, unless you plan on making that a staple in the diet.
I'm seriously considering getting a large mixed order myself.

no their staple is the ground turkey, beef liver mix. but they get a variety of things, and I am always looking for more.

By "staple" I meant once or possibly twice a week. I feed locally bred quail up to twice a week when I go get them. Otherwise, I feed a multitude of different things such as roaches(hissers/dubias), turkey with and without cod liver oil, beef liver, chicken breast, ground lean beef, chicken hearts, mango, papaya, shrimp, strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, dates, rats, ASFs, etc.
