If I had a cage for it, I would adopt it. I emailed him about the sav and told him it looked really underweight, but it is doing alot better now. I asked him to send me a recent pic of it, this is what I got.

That could be an old pic, you never know. I wouldnt say the sav needs to go to a vet. Just needs to be hydrated and fed, and proper conditions for housign.
