Day at the pool

Reptar has been waking up and staying awake longer and longer. He's been basking for the past couple of days. Today I got him out and about and we lounged together by the poolside. He was basking on my stomach for a good hour until he started waking up and getting energetic. Even after basking for so long, he still seems uber relaxed. Gotta give thanks to Bobby for having such wonderfully behaved Tegus! Or maybe i just got lucky ;P

haha i couldn't be more pleased with reptar! I think i might have a problem though, i seem to be wanting an addition to the family! which, from this site, i feel is the norm. I believe an extreme giant is in order for next spring, once i get out of this apartment and into a house. This is quite the addiction!

Yah I gotta work with tyson about going outside. He is totally fine free roaming inside but outside, yesterday we took him out for the first time and he fliiiiiipped out. Hissing trying to bite tail wipping. Got him back inside and he was super chill. Real weird. But I agree they are definately addicting. I think an extreme is my next addition.
