I've had my tegu for just over a month now and he hasn't eaten today for the first time. I usually take him out and feed him in another room, but today I had to leave the house at 6 am, so I placed his food dish in a large rubbermaid so he wouldn't get any food on the cyprus mulch. He was still in his hide when I placed in his food. He has a good appetite and has never missed a meal. When I returned from work the lights were out and he was back in his hide for the night. He never took one bite; is there something to be worried about?
