Diet help

I just pre ordered my tegu from underground reptiles and it's due to hatch mid June. Iv done TONS of research and I know how to care for one but I just wanted to share what I would feed it in week to see if it's fine. It will be around a week old when I get it so I will start out feeding him maybe dubia roaches one day, superworms one day, crickets one day, ground turkey with roaches one day, maybe some scrambled eggs and supers one day and so on. I'll introduce various fruits as he gets older. I'll also give him some cow liver, chicken livers, gizzards, some chicken hearts if I find any, tilapia, salmon, catfish, pinkies, and I found some wild caught whole shrimps with the heads on them but it's made for fishing bait, it says it's great cooking so people can eat it too so I'm assuming he could eat it raw.
If someone could say this is all alright that'd be great.
