While i believe you should have done your research before buying a tegu, here is a good list. http://www.tegutalk.com/showthread.php?tid=6452

I give mine one raw meat/one raw fish/one raw veggie each day. Typically, the fish is always wild Alaskan sockeye salmon simply because it's the best nutritionally. But I'll alternate the fish every week with a few crickets instead to give him more of a balance. These plans will last you two weeks and keep food from going bad too quickly. For instance:

Month 1
Week 1-2: Ground turkey/salmon/green peppers
ONE pinkie mouse at the conclusion of each week.
Week 3-4: Ground beef/crickets/collard greens
ONE pinkie mouse at the conclusion of each week.

Month 2
Week 1-2: Ground chicken/shrimp/dandelion greens
ONE pinkie mouse at the conclusion of each week.
Week 3-4: Beef heart/crickets/endives
ONE pinkie mouse at the conclusion of each week.

-I only offer the pinkie mice once a week as a calcium boost but I don't make it an every day thing. I don't offer him fruit unless it's an occasional snack. Tegus can eat pretty much anything raw as they eat carrion in the wild.

-Mine isn't a huge fan of fish but the omega-3s are GREAT for them, so try to encourage it. Make sure you dice up the shrimp because they'll try to eat it whole and probably choke!

-I calcium dust every other day, but only do a light sprinkling. The pinkie combined with the high calcium in collard greens helps keep his levels pretty high.

But that's how I feed my guy. :)

Whole prey, especially mice and rats, and mixed ground turkey/chicken dusted with calcium is the way to go, in my opinion. Fruits and veggies mixed in once you find out what yours likes.
