dirty face

As my new tegu has been comming out more I noticed a dark patch on his head that looks like dirt .. The thing is he hasn't been around any dirt . There is no way he could of burned him self on the heater or light . I dont know weather he came that way or not its the only spot on him..

I may be dead skin He wont let me handle him yet only had him for a week ..Don`t know if i could post a picture if I had one I try to catch him with the mister when I can and keep the humidity up ..
