Eggs?

My red absolutely loves eggs! He prefers them over turkey, liver, and even mice. I just got done feeding him 2 fuzzies and some scrambled eggs and he loves it. My question is how often should I feed him eggs if I feed him mice with the eggs? And I know the can eat boiled and scrambled eggs but is there anything wrong with "sunny side up" eggs?

I would use eggs only as a treat, especially if they arent fertilized and your tegu is too small to eat it shell and all. Method of cooking doesnt matter.
