EMERGENCY!!!! HELP!!! Cyclura legality!!

I have a GC Blue HYBRID I'm stating as such trying to sell locally in Utah. I got it from David Blair and have the certificate that came with it. Now some local a$$hole is threatening me with game and wildlife because I'm selling it. He says illegal. From what I know of it it is indeed legal. What WAS somewhat gray area has since been cleared up now and hybrids are certainly legal. Can ANYONE substantiate this for me? I need a link to a government document or something in case game and wildlife yokals come over here and try to KILL my animal!
I wrote Blair about it and am awaiting response.

You have nothing to worry about, it is a hybrid, hybrids are not protected. They are documented hybrids, and there are no regulations on sales of them.

True enough. I do have documents on purchase, certificate that came with, emails to David, paypal records, ALL that stuff. BUT I spoke with a guy the other day in Cali who had a GCB hybrid who had his aunt take it to the vet for him and they said it was illegal and killed it. That's why I was buggin'. If fish and game comes over here I'm gonna be on the news for wiggin' out on some F*tard if they try to kill my lizard. Some busy body guy.

from what i understand only true blues are illegal, and only illegal if no cites permit. hybrids are not. if u bought this lizard from calif. with no cites permit u have nothing to worry about. look on cites website. also know one is selling or transporting true blues anyway all there is is cubans and hybrids.
