i feed every day from about april to mid september. then stop feeding for hybernation until the following april. I give mine all she will eat and feed a varied diet of eggs(with shell) ground turkey, beef liver, insects, and mice (once per week) i also add chopped/diced fruit and vegitables to the turkey and eggs. some people think fruit&veggies are not important but i feed them anyway. some people feed cod liver oil too. see care sheet on this site for more. good luck!
