is it ok to feed my 7inch baby tegu, raw meats such as liver, chicken beef etc. with salad such as peppers lettuce, fruit such as apples, pears, bannanna. at moment he eats crickets and meal worms, but wanted to try him with other stuff????

I suggest reading the "tegu care sheet" provided. As for the fruits and veggies, yes you can feed him that. When I had a hatchling tegu it would eat all sorts of fruits mixed in the meat and alone. It depends on your tegu. So it doesn't hurt to try ;)

I would feed crickets/roaches as a staple, mixing in ground turkey, chicken liver, gizzards, and hearts. Pinky/fuzzy mice, greens and fruits. Be sure to dust everything but the mice with calcium.

From what I have read bananas should only be given as a treat sometimes. I think it would e great to get him used to variety now.

I would lean towards being cautious with peppers depending on what type, nothing spicy, bell may be ok.
