I just bought what was advertised as a female juvenile red tegu to eventualy pair up with one of my reds in a couple years but when "she" showed up "she" had a spur on one side. The oeople i bought it from dont believe me when i say its a boy as they claimed its been probed twice by two "monitor breeders" and both determined it to be a female. None of my females showed any signs of spurs. Anyone ever heard of a female with spurs lol?
