First tegu, and first post

Hey everybody, i just had a question about my tegu, she is about 1 and half years old, and i have had her for about 5 months, but it seems she just hates baths! when i put her in the tub she freaks out! she just wiggles until she gets out of the tub and looks at me like "What the hell was that"!?!. I just wanted an opinion from you guys,

Not sure maybe some like it some don't. My guy likes to wade n then poo. Hates the shower though.

Too much water maybe? Try putting something the tub with it to sit on. I know my little one freaks out unless i put my hand under it so it can rest its head on me.

Have you tried different temperatures and different depths of water?

Mine like it lukewarm (barely warm) and just up to the stomach so the tail is in it, but the body is not floating.

Well looks like she just needed a place to sit, i put her in the tub with lukewarm water and put my hand in with her and she propped her self on my hand and chilled out, thanks guys!
