First Time Tegu Owner here.... Hi!

Hi, Saurus here with my first ever Tegu, a B&W named Goliath. He is maybe at the oldest a month old (measured him yesterday at 12.5 inches) and is seeming to be a pretty chill, ravenous little baby.
He currently is in a 40 gal, but me and my dad are planning on making his adult tank by around December for when he gets a bit too big for the glass tank.
