Found an enclosure for $100!

I was on craigslist just now and I found a 6x3x3 enclosure for....$100....It has no cracks, comes with 2 heat lamps and a fluorescent fixture and its practically new. I think it was custom built! I just talked to my mom about and I think we're going to go ahead and buy it so once I get a Tegu and it gets larger, we will already have its adult enclosure.

awesome! wish I could find one that cheap but I heard 6x3x3 may be to small for an adult tegu, specially a male. (I may be wrong im no expert) what kind of Tegu are you planning on getting?

Sounds like a great deal, depending on the adult size of your tegu you might end up needing to get something a tad larger down the road but it will definitely last longer than a 40 gallon. Do you know what kind of wood its made out of?
