Found baby snake

[Two Bananas Marinade]

I went to the park with my daughter today and found a snake. I am not sure what it is exactly. I think gopher snake. His color is light brown like a latte. Slender head with a black tongue. 8 to 10 inches long and about less than the thickness of a pencil by maybe half.
I will get a pic of him when he settles down enough for to get an unblurred one.
