Fried Eggs

Is it okay to give tegus fried eggs? I prefer my eggs over ease rather than scrambled, although I also enjoy hard-boiled eggs. And when giving hard-boiled, is it best to give the yolk, white, or both? Kodo's only had eggs once since I read that giving them too much too young screws up their calcium absorption but I'd like to add them to his diet.

Everyone's different on this one, I prefer raw but mine hardly ever get them. Korben has only had one and I nuked that in the microwave for 15 secs then put a hole in it a gave it to him. Natsuki hasn't had any.
