i work at a reptile place sometimes animals die we throw them in the freezer before getting rid of them and was just wondering if giving my tegu a frozen guy as a treat would be bad like a ball python or dumpy tree frog i was reading that freezing them kills off parasitic and other things too really bad idea ? just wondering

Depending on why it died shouldn't be a problem,.. as long as it's not from something that can be passed on.

do you think snake diseases can be transfered like upper respiratory infection thats usually one of the main killers for balls that get brought in

I would not recommend this at all. Do not feed something that died in any case. The only time I'd even consider it is if it was an accidental death, like being smashed by a log or rock, etc. Only dead things I feed are prekilled and frozen feeders. Anything that died of any sort of sickness or unknown cause could result in problems.

This is just my take on it.

In my opinion if you feel it has any risk do not attempt it. Especially if you have no real reason to do it. It would be a Terrible tragedy if your tegu got sick because you fed it another dead animal. And freezing does not kill everything, sometimes it just makes a virus dormant. Awaiting warmth to continue its onslaught.
Maybe a little dramatic but that's my opinion. :)
