Full Length Black and White Tegu?

How long will it take a tegu who hibernates to reach full length. Mine is about 8 months and hibernating for the first time. I have also heard that tegus who hibernate will not be as big as ones that do is this true?

no the ones that hibernate can & usaly will be as big as ones who dont, but they can take 3-4 yrs to reach adult size where ones who dont hibernate take about 1 year
